Prior to any treatment, all clients will undergo a thorough consultation to ensure the safety and customization of the treatment plan. During this consultation, we will address your concerns, preferences, and expectations. A comprehensive medical and aesthetic history will be obtained, along with details of your current skin care regimen.
Following this, a detailed examination of the face will be conducted to identify potential areas for enhancement and to determine the most suitable treatment options. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your specific concerns. This plan will take into consideration your budget, scheduling preferences, and recovery time.
Recommendations for a customized skin care routine aimed at complementing in-clinic treatments, preventing aging, and improving skin quality may also be provided. In addition, we will discuss potential in-clinic treatment options and schedule appointments as needed.
Anti-wrinkle Injections
Anti-wrinkle treatment involves the injection of a toxin that effectively relaxes facial muscles to diminish signs of aging.
The treatment targets three specific areas: the frown line, crows feet, and forehead lines.
It is essential to consider individual patient suitability for treatment of forehead lines, as dosages must be tailored to facial anatomy to minimize potential complications.
It typically takes up to two weeks for the full effects of anti-wrinkle injections to become apparent.
A follow-up appointment after two weeks is included in the treatment package to ensure optimal results.

They can also be utilized to enhance facial proportions for aesthetic purposes. Additionally, softer fillers can be applied superficially to act as skin boosters, providing hydration and addressing fine lines.
During the consultation process, you will be assessed and recommended the most suitable filler treatment options for you.
Skin Boosters
Skin boosters are best described as an 'injectable moisturiser'. They act to draw water into the dermal layer of the skin, which improves the hydration and quality of the skin. Many skin boosters contain hyaluronic acid alone like Profhilo, others contain hyaluronic acid with peptides and some contain Polynucleotides. They also act to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin to improve the quality of the skin.
Profhilo
One of the most well known skin boosters. Profhilo contains hyaluronic acid and is injected at 5 points on each side of the face mid /lower 1/3 of the face.

On example is Ameela which is injected at 5 points on each side of the face.

Skin Care Consultation
During a skin care consultation we will discuss any areas of concern such as redness, sun damage, congestion and blemishes or dullness. We will review your dermatology history, treatments you have tried, current skin care regime and triggers for skin problems.
Problems that can be targeted:
1. Acne (not active/ severe)
2. Rosacea
3. Ageing
4. Hyper pigmentation
5. Dry/ dull skin
Note if you have active skin disease or are currently being treated by a dermatologist, treatment may be out of the remit of this clinic.
We will then design a bespoke skin care routine. I will also provide information regarding active skin care ingredients, how they work and how they can be incorporated into your skin care regime. This will allow you to make informed decisions about the best skin care products to buy for your needs.
Skin Peels
Chemical skin peels are formulated to penetrate various depths of the skin based on their acidity and concentration levels.
They can be applied superficially for exfoliation or at a medium depth to promote the production of collagen and elastin. These peels are effective in addressing a range of concerns such as aging, acne, oily/congested skin, and dullness.
Our clinic offers skin peels exclusively using Alumier® professional skincare products.
Alumier® Skin Peel's Available
1. Radiant 30 peel - very superficial peel, containing lactic acid which will act to rehydrate the skin.
2. Detox peel - contains a combination of alpha and beta hydroxy acids, for all skin types. Works to reduces blemishes and pore size. Ideal for congested or acne prone skin.
3. Retinol peel - contains vitamin A, acts as a medium depth peel. Ideal for sun damaged/ aged skin. Can act to reduce wrinkles and some types of pigmentation.
Brightening Accelerator - blend of antioxidants and skin brighteners that can be added to any peel to enhance treatment.
Microneedling
Dr. Pril's Aesthetics proudly utilizes the M Pen by Mesoesthetic® for professional micro-needling procedures.
Micro-needling involves the use of tiny needles to create punctures in the skin, stimulating a wound healing response in the deeper layers of the skin. This process promotes the production of collagen and elastin, leading to improved skin quality, reduced signs of aging, and treatment of certain types of scarring.
We highly recommend undergoing a series of treatments for optimal results, as opposed to a single session. Topical anesthesia is used during the procedure. We advise scheduling an initial consultation, as skin preparation may be necessary prior to beginning a treatment plan.
Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy solutions by Mesoesthetic ® can be used with micro needling to infuse a cocktail of bespoke ingredients into the layers of the skin.
Options for Mesotherapy include:
